Coconut Matcha Shake

Ingredients: 

  • 2/3 c. coconut water
  • 3 tbsp. canned coconut milk, warmed
  • 1/4 medium avocado
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. matcha
  • 1 scoop collagen

Steps to Make It: 

Step 1: In a blender on medium-low speed, combine coconut water, coconut milk, avocado, vanilla and a pinch of salt.

Step 2: With motor running, spoon in matcha and collagen. 

Step 3: Stop blender, add 1 cup ice, and puree on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
