Fresh Mango Smoothie with Yogurt

Ingredients: 

1 cup peeled diced mango 

1 cup plain nonfat yogurt, or vanilla yogurt 

1/2 cup crushed ice 

Milk, or water, optional

Steps to Make It: 

Step 1: Gather the ingredients.

Step 2: Place the diced mango, yogurt, and ice in a blender.

Step 3: Blend or process until smooth.

Step 4: If the smoothie is too thick, add a little milk or water and blend again.

Step 5: Serve immediately. Enjoy.
